Shipping Policy

Weekly Order Processing Schedule- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2PM CST will ship same day if unable to be shipped same day the orders will ship next business day.

ADDRESS FORMAT

  • Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly.
  • All UPS orders MUST have a physical address; UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.

TIME TABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL

ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:

  • Holidays - When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
  • Conferences and Gatherings- When placing an order during or around a Ramp Awakening Gathering or RSM Equipping Conference, please be aware that your order may take longer to process than our standard processing time. Our conference dates are listed at theramp.org/events
  • Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Ramp Shipping can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
  • To determine an orders estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made, availability of the items and shipping method selected by the customer..
  • Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble.
  • CONFERENCE SETS or other "made-to-order" products go through a production process and take longer to assemble and ship, please allow extra time for these types of products.

SHIPPING METHODS

*Most orders are estimated to be shipped same day or within 24 hours from the time it was placed.

  • UPS 2ND DAY AIR: Ship time is subject to item availability. UPS 2nd Day Air will take approximately 2 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • UPS GROUND DOMESTIC: Ship time is subject to item availability. UPS Ground will take approximately 5 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Ship time is subject to item availability. UPS Next Day Air will take approximately 1 business day from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • USPS FIRST CLASS: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS First Class transit time is estimated 5-7 business days. This class of mail is only available for packages 13 oz and under.
  • USPS PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Priority transit time is estimated 3-5 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time stated by the United States Postal Service reads as "varies." Therefore, USPS gives their customers no estimated time of delivery. This method can only be used for packages that are under 4 pounds. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of The United States. The Ramp Shipping is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. International packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries customs and delivery services.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
  • If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?

*Our carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons;

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
  • IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
  • ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.

WEATHER DELAYS

  • If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.

AFTER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

  • DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
  • NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: If you cannot locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us with all of your order information. Please include the following in your inquiry; order number, order date, name order is under, and how it was requested to be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • ALL MP3 purchases are FINAL.
  • ALL "MADE-TO-ORDER" PRODUCTS (conferences, schools, and services) are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are only produced upon your request.

TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS

  • FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY The Ramp Shipping STAFF. Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Ramp Shipping department will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery.  A 15% restocking fee will apply in most cases. Any products shipped to The Ramp Shipping without pre-approval will not be refunded.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • If changes are needed, an order can be voided on the same business day with no additional fee. After one business day, if an order has not yet been shipped out, a 15% re-stocking fee may be applied.

FAULTY PRODUCT

*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.

We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your name as appears on the order.
  • Shipping address.
  • Your daytime phone number.
  • Order number.
  • Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We will pay return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

ITEM CONDITION

  • Items returned to Ramp Shipping that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of Ramp Shipping Staff.

Out Of Stock Items

In the event that the item(s) that you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail within 3-5 business days from the date that you placed your order to let you know the estimated time that your order will ship. We will hold your order until the item(s) is restocked. If you notify us within 24 hours of the time of our call or e-mail that you do not want this out of stock item mailed to you, it will be deleted from your order.
