Welcome to Winter Ramp!
This weekend is more than a conference -
it is a moment. We have the invitation to step into God's story. This weekend, His agenda is our priority. What is on the heart of God? Do we have a part to play? Is there a purpose in our gathering together? With all our hearts, we believe this is a "for such a time as this" moment. He wants
to share His heart. There is something each
of us can do. His eternal purposes are always greater than we can comprehend.
And God, our answer is YES!

EVENT PROTOCOL
If you've never been to a Ramp conference before, you might be surprised when you walk in the auditorium and discover there are very few chairs. Most of the room is open floor seating. The chairs are reserved for the adults so the students may have plenty of space for worship. However, there has been one consistent issue we've run into over the last few years: the rush to get to the front of the room. In an effort to keep everyone safe as we open the doors, we've implemented a newer system of color-coded wristbands.
Here's how it will go:
1) Your group will receive a specific wristband color at registration. Everyone
in your group will have the same color. There are four different colors.
2) Any groups waiting for doors to open may gather outside just below the
front steps of the Ramp (weather permitting) in their designated color group.
3) When the doors are opened, the groups will be directed to enter.
Wristband colors gather at the corresponding door:
PURPLE & GREEN ----- B
PINK & ORANGE ------- C
BLUE -------------------- D
RED ---------------------- E
The auditorium doors will open in the following order:
Session 1 ------ B, C, D, E
Session 2 ------ C, D, E, B
Session 3 ------ D, E, B, C
Session 4 ------ E, B, C, D
Session 5 ------ B, C, D, E
Session 6 ------ C, D, E, B
Session 7 ------ D, E, B, C
Hopefully, this ensures everyone an opportunity to have a great seat!
